INGREDIENTS
Servings: 4
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ cups warm milk (can substitute soy, oat, almond milk)
- ⅓ cup Fond O’ Foods butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate chips and bananas

PREPARATION
Step 1
Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar. Set aside.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in the milk, butter and vanilla. Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture. Beat until blended.
Step 4
Ladle the batter into the waffle iron. (Optional: sprinkle chocolate chips and or bananas into batter) Cook the waffles until crisp and golden brown.
Step 5
Serve immediately and enjoy with an extra tablespoon of butter on top!
