Simple, delicious and a perfect side dish to almost any meal.


Servings: 4

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 4 tablespoons of Fond O’ Foods butter
  • ¾ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Fill a large pot with salted water and heat to a boil.

Step 2
Add potatoes and cook until tender, but still firm. About 15 minutes. (*tip: use a fork and poke a potato piece. If you’re able to poke a piece and it gently falls off, it’s about ready)

Step 3
Drain potatoes and set aside in a large bowl.

Step 4
In a small saucepan, heat butter and milk over low heat until butter is melted.

Step 5
Slowly add milk mixture into potatoes and mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
