INGREDIENTS

- 1 boneless salmon fillets cut into 4 filets
- 5 tablespoon Fond O’ Foods Butter
- 4 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed from 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- Freshly chopped parsley to garnish

PREPARATION
Step 1
Season salmon on both sides with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grate lemon zest and squeeze 2 lemons for lemon juice. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat non-stick pan over medium heat and add butter. Stir frequently to prevent splatter until it starts to turn light brown (about 3-7 minutes depending on your heat).
Step 4
Add seasoned salmon and cook uncovered on the first side (3-4 minutes) or until golden brown. Flip salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until flaky.
Step 5
In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add lemon zest and juice to the pan. Spoon sauce over salmon as it cooks.
Step 6
Transfer salmon to plates and drizzle with lemon butter sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and black pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy!
